Bengaluru has the serve. The Indian Pickleball Association (IPA) and the Karnataka Pickleball Association (KPA) announced that the IPA Pickleball Nationals 2025 will run November 13–16, 2025 in Bengaluru, Karnataka. It will be the first official National Championship since the IPA’s recognition as a National Sports Federation by India’s Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports (MYAS), and India's first-ever PWR2000 Pickleball World Ranking event.

"The IPA Pickleball Nationals 2025 marks a significant milestone in the growth of pickleball in India. We are proud to elevate the competitive spirit and bring together the best athletes from across the nation. Bengaluru, with its passionate sports community, is the perfect venue to showcase the future of Indian pickleball,” said Suryaveer Singh Bhullar, President of the IPA.

The tournament is sanctioned by MYAS and the Sports Authority of India (SAI), creating the first formal pathway for athletes to represent their state and national colors at an official tournament. Organized locally by the Karnataka Pickleball Association and accredited by the IPA, the four-day meet will draw top athletes from across the country.

“Hosting the IPA Nationals in Karnataka is a proud moment for us,” said Bazam Jasim, General Secretary of the KPA. “Bengaluru’s rising status as a pickleball hub reflects the dedication and enthusiasm of our players and supporters.”

The Indian Pickleball Association is India’s official governing body for the sport, tasked with promoting, developing, and organizing pickleball nationwide. IPA is affiliated with the Asian Pickleball Association (APA) and the Global Pickleball Federation (GPF), connecting Indian athletes to continental and global circuits.

The Karnataka Pickleball Association will lead in Bengaluru—venue operations, officiating, and athlete services—aiming to showcase a fast-growing community and a city eager for marquee events.

With PWR status on the line and state colors in play, Bengaluru is poised for four days of high-tempo rallies, pressure-point strategy, and a national field hungry to etch new history.
