Pro Lineup & Headliners
Connor Garnett travels on a Host Wildcard and opens as the top seed in men’s singles. The marquee pairings are set: Garnett and Loong headline men’s doubles as the No. 1 seed; Jones and Pei Chuan Kao top women’s doubles; and Garnett and Jones front the mixed draw.
Garnett sits No. 3 on the PPA Tour in singles, with two singles golds as proof of form. Tyler Loong brings veteran doubles craft at No. 20 in men’s doubles. Allyce Jones, No. 8 in women’s doubles.

A Local Wildcard in mixed goes to Daniel Moore and Kei Sawaki, pairing veteran savvy with youthful burst. Kenta Miyoshi teams with Vietnam’s Sophia Tran on a PPA Wildcard in mixed, while singles wildcards land with Nasa Hatakeyama and Mayu Ito, who will lean on home support for a deep push.
Fukuoka’s fields run deep. Keep an eye on Phuc Huynh, Giang Trinh, Jimmy Liong Kai Long, Yufei Long, Nicola Schoeman, and Hsieh Yu-Chieh among others—names with the pace and touch to flip a bracket if they catch fire.
From wildcards to U.S. headliners chasing a sweep, Fukuoka sets up six days of speed, touch, and nerve. With US$70,000 and 1,000 ranking points on the line, the only question is whether the seeds hold—or local favorites crack the draw.
