KUALA LUMPUR — Malaysia’s up-and-coming pickleball talent will descend on Mothership Pickleball this August for the Launchpad Pickleball Tournament 2025, a high-stakes, one-day event aimed at players rated below 3.5 on the DUPR scale. This marks another exciting milestone for the growth of pickleball in Asia.
Happening on August 16 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, the tournament promises nine hours of adrenaline-pumping action across four categories: Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles, and Youth Singles for players aged 12–15.
Malaysia's First Ever Intermediate Pickleball Scouting Tournament
Launchpad 2025 is more than just a title chase. It's officially Malaysia's first ever intermediate pickleball scouting tournament. Standout performers could earn a coveted spot in a fully funded five-month training program designed to elevate their competitive game.

Top teams in each adult category stand to win up to 900 RM plus branded gear and vouchers worth 3,978 RM. Youth division champions will pocket 450 RM, with prizes scaling down to third place.
Registration is open from July 6 to August 4 through the SportsSync portal. The fee stands at 140 RM per player or 280 RM per team, and is exclusive to DUPR-under-3.5 participants.
